Message: I have been with Acceptance Insurance since about 2018. I would talk with agents here and there but nobody really stood out until about 2021/2022. This location is the closest to my home. When I Google Acceptance, I automatically get this location first and I always ask to speak with Millicent. She is so sweet & nice. She is very relatable & informative. Also when I call she automatically remembers me! My driving record is not the best so even though I have to spend a lot of money on insurance I feel like Millicent makes it a little better! I know I can call with any questions. I understand that the ball is in my court to lower my rate but I feel better after speaking with her and no matter what location I called I’m getting them to forward it to this location so I can speak with Millicent!

Message: When my son was looking for an autopolicy, every other company was treating him rudely because he had 1 previous accident. However, Erins and her team at Acceptance were so great and got him a policy with no problem. This team has been great to work with. Anytime you have a question, they are on it!
